Already in 2012, during her active professional career, Marijn de Vries organized her first Ride Along Spain. Five enthusiastic women came to Girona to enjoy an entire weekend of what connects us all: the road bike. When Marijn ended her career, one thing was clear to her. She wanted to continue sharing her passion for road cycling and the experience of the sport. And not just through her well-known social media platforms, but also in real life. Taking people on short or longer cycling adventures is what makes our hearts beat faster. Whether it’s for one day or multi-day events, short or long distances, racing fast or just cruising, the experience and passion are the same. Luckily, Marijn quickly convinced her partner Frank of this wonderful lifestyle, and thus the professionalization of Ride Along became a reality.

Since then, Ride Along has grown into a well-known name in the world of road bike vacations. We organize women-friendly cycling holidays for everyone, at all levels. And wherever we go, our trips and events are characterized by an enthusiastic and laid-back atmosphere.

For the past four years, we have not only organized cycling trips but also road cycling events. Ranging from a personal clinic with a well-known rider of your choice to a large tour with over a hundred colleagues and contacts. The key is once again: enthusiasm and a relaxed vibe on the bike.
